The Spirituality of the Sisters of St. Ann is centred on the mystery of the Trinity, who dwells in our soul. It is a mystery of love… the Father loves the Son… the Son loves the Father… Love is the Person of the Spirit. And it is Love for man in the plan of salvation that makes the Son sacrifice himself on the cross. He is Life for humanity.
